What type of images do you support? What is the minimum resolution?
Custompressions supports images in JPEG, EPS and PNG. Minimum resolution is 300 ppi. The imprinted image will be of the same quality as the image you submit. High resolution images produce the best results. High resolution images will be around 1mb or larger file. For example, photos dragged from Facebook or the web will typically be only 72k in size and not a sufficient resolution for reproduction.
Can I use an image that comes from a professional studio?
You must have the rights to reproduce any image, logo, artwork or other material submitted for reproduction. The customer releases Custompressions, LLC. from any and all liability against copyright infringement by acknowledging that the customer is authorized to use any and all images submitted by the customer.
Will I see my product design for approval prior to the product being produced?
You will receive an email showing the proposed layout and design of your order for approval, prior to final production. We feel that it is important to work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction.
Will my image be altered, enhanced, cropped?
Some cropping my occur in order to enable proper placement of your image on the print field of the product selected. Where possible we will work to enhance, correct or repair photos prior to final production.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction. Please allow 7 – 14 days for your order to be designed, processed and shipped. We strive to complete orders quickly, but do not want to sacrifice quality or customer satisfaction during the process.
How do you handle rush orders?
If you have a critical date in mind for completion of your order, please let us know so that we can work to help you reach your goal. If your target date is not achievable due to inventory availability or other circumstances we will communicate that as early as possible so that you may make other arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply for expedited, rush orders.
